Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe peaches sliced into wedges
  • 8 oz 225 g fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • ½ tsp flaky sea salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the peaches into wedges.
  2. Slice or tear the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange the peaches, mozzarella, and basil on a large serving platter or salad plate.
  4. Drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Finish with the balsamic glaze.
  6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture.
  • Fresh mozzarella or burrata, both works beautifully.
  • Add the balsamic glaze just before serving for the freshest presentation.
  • Garnish with toasted pistachios or a drizzle of hot honey for extra flavor.
