Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons water optional, to thin

Method
 

  1. Add the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes until the dressing is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. If you prefer a thinner consistency, blend in 1-2 tablespoons of water until it reaches your desired texture.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional lemon juice, salt, or black pepper if needed.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to let the flavors develop before serving.
