- Add the spinach, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, chopped green apple, cucumber, almond milk, lemon juice, and ginger (if using) to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk until you reach your preferred consistency.
- Blend in the chia seeds or stir them in after blending, if using.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
