  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup honey, or sweetener of choice
Matcha Latte
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add blueberries and sweetener to a small saucepan and cook over low heat until the blueberries soften and release their juices. Mash slightly to create a smooth blueberry base and let it cool.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with warm water until smooth and lump-free.
