Wash the zucchini and cut them into fry-shaped sticks, about 3–4 inches long.
Step 2: Set Up the Coating Station
In a shallow bowl, add the milk.
In a separate bowl, combine:
Panko breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt
Black pepper
Step 3: Coat the Fries
Dip each zucchini stick into the milk, allowing any excess to drip off.
Roll the zucchini in the breadcrumb mixture and press gently so the coating adheres well.
Step 4: Arrange in Air Fryer
Place the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Step 5: Air Fry
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
The fries should be golden brown and crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside.

Serve immediately with marinara sauce, garlic yogurt dip, or your favorite dipping sauce.
