Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes if desired and cut them into evenly sized fries.
  2. Pat the fries dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Place the fries in a large bowl and toss with olive oil until lightly coated.
  4. Sprinkle in the cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss again until every fry is evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Cook in batches if necessary.
  6. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  7. Once the fries are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
