Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped apple
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon almonds chopped
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Add rolled oats, milk, and yogurt to a jar or bowl.
  2. Mix well until everything is combined.
  3. Stir in chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon.
  4. Add fruits and nuts on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Stir before serving and add extra milk if needed.
  7. Use rolled oats for the best texture.
    Add nuts before serving if you want them crunchy.
    Adjust milk depending on how thick or creamy you like your oats.
